DELIVERY POLICY
All orders will be shipped after credit approval and order processing. This process may take 5 to 10 business days. We aim to dispatch orders within five to ten working days of placement. Shipping times depend on stocking levels and availability.
All items offered for sale on this website should be available for shipping. However, if an item is out of stock and have to be manufactured, we will notify you about the delivery delay (usually about 3-4 days) by phone or email. SHIPPING CHARGES
The shipping of our jewelry within the Republic of South Africa is FREE and includes appropriate insurance until the item is delivered. When you place an order you will receive an automatic order receipt email. This acts as your receipt and acknowledges your payment. Very occasionally, we may have to email you subsequently if an issue arises with your order, but we try to do this as soon as possible if there is a problem. We will notify you with an email when the item is dispatched. If there will be a delay dispatching an item then we will let you know. International orders are shipped via FedEx at the cost of $60. All items are insured by www.pdring.co.za until signed for. We use RAM International for this service. They are the courier of choice for the diamond and jewelry industry in South Africa. As standard, tems over R 10000 will enjoy next day delivery while items under R10000 will be delivered within two days from the day of clearing of payment. Same day or over the weekend delivery can be arranged on request. RAM is a hand to hand courier and will deliver to your phisical address. No order will be dispatched before the payment is cleared. Our international customers are always notified of any additional shipping charges from the RSA to their international location before we process the order. Further, please note the international customer or recipient is responsible for any taxes and/or duties at the time of delivery. ORDER CANCELLATION
Palladium Diamond Rings generally ships all items within 5-10 business days so if you wish to cancel an order please call Customer Service at the number noted above as soon as possible. Please Note: If an order has already been processed or shipped we are unable to stop the order. You will be responsible for returning the item to us.
PD Rings reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur for example, if materials become unobtainable or the quality of diamonds requiered, not currently available. Should PD Rings exercise this right, the Customer will receive a full refund with no deductions.
GUARANTEE OF CRAFTSMANSHIP AND MATERIALS
Only high quality materials are used in our palladium jewellery. We guarantee a minimum of 95 % pure palladium in the alloy. The remaining 5% alloying metal is ruthenium ( also from the platinum metal group) which ensures that our rings have the brightest white colour, the best mechanical properties and are perfectly hypoallergenic. We do not use manmade, laser drilled and conflict diamonds. Although we use sometime lower clarity diamonds in order to offer affordable prices to our customers our diamonds are handpicked in terms of appearance. We do not use diamonds with inferior proportions as well as diamonds with inclusions that affect the brilliance of the stone. All our diamonds are very good cut (make) or better. The products bearing the Life time guarantee logo are specially designed to last very long time. They are solid, have extra thick shanks and are life time guaranteed not to change shape or to wear off with normal everyday wear. Although the settings are extremely strong and safe, regular check of the condition of the setting (once a year) is highly recommended. Our guarantee does not cover lost diamonds.
RETURNS
Palladium Diamond Ring offers a 100%, satisfaction guarantee so that you can return your product for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping cost. We cannot accept returns after the 30-day period. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you order an item as a gift, please open the package and inspect the contents within the 30-day period. Worn, broken, damaged or altered items cannot be returned. If your item arrives defective, Palladium Diamond Ring will refund your return shipping and handling charges and send you a replacement item immediately if that is your wish, or issue you a full credit. If a package/item arrives and is incorrect or damaged please save the original carton and packaging materials and call Customer Service. All returned jewelry is inspected to verify that items have not been worn, broken, damaged or altered. Credit is issued within approximately fifteen business days. Items that are special ordered in altered sizes (special length bracelets, non-standard ring sizes, etc.) are generally non-returnable. Returns need to be carefully packed and we recommend the original shipping boxes if possible. PLEASE NOTE: SOFT SIDED PACKAGING ALLOWS FOR EASY DAMAGE IN SHIPPING. ACCORDINGLY, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS THAT ARE SHIPPED IN ENVELOPES OR SOFT PACKAGING. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED IN A CRUSH PROOF BOX TO PREVENT DAMAGE. Repack the item(s) in the original Jewelry Box, include all accessories and printed material. For your protection against loss during shipping, please make sure to insure your return package with your courier service provider for the full value of the product.

EXCHANGE
Items could be exchanged with prior arrangement with PDR. Item(s) that are returned for exchange must be shipped via courier appointed by PDR and must be insured for the full value of the product. Please note: There will be a shipping charge for re-shipping exchanged item(s). Items ordered via quotation process as well as worn, broken, damaged or altered items cannot be exchanged. All exchanged items must be returned to us within the 30-day return period.
